Some of the internal links in the ebook files were broken in the conversion process, and the files were much bigger than they needed to be. Turns out they had embedded fonts that were never actually used in the text. D’oh. Those things are fixed now. Next time, I’ll check converted files over more thoroughly!

I’ve also switched the Kindle format from .mobi to .azw3. If you need a .mobi file instead, please let me know and I’ll upload one of those, too.
